Troubleshooting
When an order is refused, a deposit waits, a withdrawal is refused, or the app shows an error.
"Price moved"
The house's price moved past your slippage between your tap and the mint. Nothing was spent: tap again to take the new price, or widen the tolerance in the order settings.
"Not offered right now"
That side is all but decided: its ask would be above 98, so the house isn't selling it (or its bid is below 2, so it isn't buying it back). Try the other side or another Window.
"No price right now"
The house's price stream is catching up after a gap. It quotes again within a few seconds.
"This Window has stopped taking trades"
A Window stops taking trades 30 seconds before its close, and every position rides to settlement. The next Window on that lane is already listed.
"Over the limit"
The trade would take the house past one of its limits: the stake per trade, what it pays on one Window side, or what one parlay or band can pay.
My deposit is still waiting
The deposit counts once the payment has 2 confirmations on testnet (3 on mainnet). If the sheet says it's below the smallest chip, the amount paid can't be minted. If you closed the sheet, your deposit is still listed: open Deposit again and it picks up where it left off.
My withdrawal was refused
Withdrawals start at 0.01, go in steps of 0.001, and need a fresh shielded Unified Address for this network with an Orchard receiver and no transparent receiver, one the mint hasn't paid before. See your wallet.
"Chips already spent"
Some chips were spent on another device that holds the same backup. The app drops them and updates your balance.
The app shows an error instead of prices
- "Not signed by the Kakure operator": a file didn't verify against the key built into the app, so nothing is shown rather than unverified prices. Try again in a minute.
- "Can't reach the data host": reload in a moment. Nothing about you was sent.
- "The next bundle is late": the app keeps showing the last signed bundle and says how old it is.
I switched networks and my chips disappeared
Each network keeps its own chips and positions. Switch back with the network capsule; nothing was deleted.
The Home Screen app on my iPhone shows no chips
It keeps its own storage, apart from Safari's. Export a backup in Safari and import it in the Home Screen app. See chips and backup.
